Are there any restrictions on transferring or selling the tokens outside the SkyTrade Finance platform?

Your particular circumstance will dictate this. As part of your onboarding process, you must pass Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and residency checks. This requirement is put upon us so you can be defined as a US Accredited Investor, a US non-Accredited Investor or a Non-US Investor. Your category will dictate your transfer or token sales constraints (if any).
If you are a non-US investor, you are free to transfer and sell your tokens.
If you are a US-Accredited investor, your tokens can not be transferred for 12 months from the initial token offerings closing date. However, you can access your returns.
If you are a US non-accredited investor, you cannot access tokens via SkyTrade Finance.
